Fantastic Fripp Rental
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Wonderful view, and having the golf cart and pool were such great amenities! One of the best parts, though, was how helpful and responsive the owner Lori and the property manager Angie were. We were visiting right around a hurricane, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Couldn’t recommend renting from them more!

Great place to go that is not crowded like Hilton Head
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I had a great stay and the view from the balcony was as advertised and watching the sunrise was the best part of being there. Also having a golf cart included was a plus. We are already planning our next trip back.

Spring Break Trip
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the condo for a quick spring break trip and absolutely loved it! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw numerous dolphins! The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 guests. We would definitely come back!

North Hampton Fripp Island
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was lovely, as described, but the condo was not clean. Surfaces yes, underneath furniture, etc., no. Very few friendly amenities. When we arrived the door was open and there was a laundry bag from the previous renters to greet us and unfinished laundry in the washing machine. Everything else was great!

We apologize that the cleaning was not complete prior to your arrival. Our cleaner and property manager were running behind and did not complete the proper procedures before you checked in. We do have on island support and if contacted they would have immediately rectified any issues to your satisfaction. We have addressed this issue with our cleaner and property manager to prevent future issues. I hope if you choose to visit Fripp Island again, you will give us another chance.

Wonderful stay!

The Villa was very clean, the pool on site was perfect for little kids, and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Anytime I had a question before or during the stay the communication was prompt and courteous. My son learned how to play chess and backgammon with the games provided during little sister’s nap time. The extra beach towels provided were a nice touch for afternoon pool trips when the morning beach towels were still wet. The ocean view was wonderful. The only downside was you could hear the guests upstairs at night which was difficult for light sleepers. The property manager was very prompt with advice for that situation and it was settled. If you have a bad back, the master bed was much more comfortable without the mattress toppers. The golf cart at the condo was very convenient not having to go to the marina at check in. It was overall a perfect vacation week!

Memorial Week Stay

The Condo was well equipped and the property manager and owner were very helpful. The only thing other than better weather that would have made it better was to have an outside grill on the property for use.

Great with no sand!
