vary nice & clean hotel few minutes from city center bus is just in front of the hotel every one speaks English there was very nice stay

Proximity to Metro was good...NO amenities...NO ventilation...staff unresponsive to request for maintenance...street noise...

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms
Excellent breakfast
= Staff friendly enough
- A/C was not working any of the rooms (other guests had the same problem). Temperature in room was probably around 85F / 26C, even though outside it was less than 70F / 20C. Staff advised me to open windows, which cannot be opened by design. Reception area was cool and nice, so there was A/C. Just not in the rooms for some reason. That made staying in the room very uncomfortable. I had to prop open my front door with a soda can to keep it open and try to get some of the corridor air (which was cool) to get inside the room.
