Conveniently located just steps from the renowned Saint John City Market, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore local history and culture. A leisurely stroll will take you to some of the city’s best restaurants, lively pubs, and unique shops, ensuring you’re never far from the action.

Located on the third floor, the apartment is easily accessible via a 2 flights of stairs, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. Property and unit are equipped with coded door Locks on the front doors of both the building and unit for convenience and security.

Our suite is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and features exposed brick walls that add a touch of historic character. The spacious layout ensures ample room for relaxation and socializing.

This Unit includes one Parking spot located at the Rear of the building with access from the side street. The spot is large enough for most vehicles including standard sized trucks and SUVs.

Overall we were happy with this rental. Though not needed, the dishwasher was out of order and the toaster did not work. Amazing location!!

Very nice stay in St John. Near lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean and seems even bigger than in the pictures. Comfortable with everything you need for your stay.

Convenient location; very nice unit
Access instructions were late arriving but host Jeff could not have been more responsive and attentive in helping us get in and get settled. City construction project made finding the reserved parking space difficult, but once we found the way in, all was well. Other than needing a new toaster, the unit was very well stocked, well designed, spacious and very accommodating for two couples. Highly recommmended for ones wanting to visit the waterfront, harbor, and city markets and restaurants. Eight minute drive to the St. John River reversing rapids, just about the coolest thing ever. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

a short vacation
We stayed in St John while we visited Grand Manan for a day, Hopewell rocks, Fundy NP, revising falls, St Martins Sea Caves, etc. The apartment is right across from the St John's Market. That was a really cool surprise. And there were plenty of food and drinks very close. The off-street parking is behind the unit. The apartment is very clean and very modern. As usual, Canadians all around were really friendly. AND when we got locked out (I dropped the keys on the way out), the owner Jeff was very friendly and quick in responding to let us back in!

Family Vacation in Saint John
We were very happy with our stay. The property was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect; conveniently located in the heart of Saint John with many attractions within walking distace.

Could not get into apartment
Could not get up 3 very narrow, steep flights of stairs. We are in our seventies with health issues and we’re not able to get to the unit. We contacted the owner at check in and explained the situation and he was non responsive. The ad did not indicate anything about the steep, long stairs. We went to a hotel and lost our money from the vrbo
