Beautiful character house located in the heart of the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche with shaded terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool not overlooked, offers you tranquility while being 5 min. walk to local shops.
You will also be 6km from the Ardèche gorges.
Also located on the outskirts of 3 regions and 4 departments, you will have access to a
multitudes of activities and discoveries. (Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Vaucluse).

Fantastic house, yard and pool! - and landlord. All rooms and equipment were fine.
A family from Denmark - 4 persons - have had a fantastic week in Saint Marcel - a nice village with nice people and butcher, baker, restaurants and bars. Sorroundings in Provence was beautiful. In a radius of 50 km you have everything. We will be back.

Maison de village charmante, très propre et très bien équipée, rien ne manque ! L'extérieur n'est pas très grand mais suffisant, le coin repas sous la pergola génial, la piscine très agréable, pas de vis à vis et calme complet. Je recommande !

Middelalderbolig i Saint Marcel
Vi har været her før, og det var igen et fantastisk ophold. Boligen er veludstyret, fint køkken og udendørs grill - og så den fantastiske pool. Vi havde problemer en dag med et toilet på 1. sal, men så kom værten Aurelien og fixede det med det samme. God service. Vi kommer gerne igen.

in één woord geweldig, een echte aanrader voor gezinnen, vrienden en families. Alles klopt, indeling, ruimte, sanitair, faciliteiten, hygiëne, gastvrouw, zwembad. Enige tip voor de verhuurder, investeer in een airco, het kan m.n. 's-nachts erg warm worden.

We hebben genoten van deze karaktervolle woning en vooral van het grote zwembad. Een minpuntje zijn de slaapkamers. Er is maar 1 grote slaapkamer, de andere zijn heel klein of hebben een heel laag plafond.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Vu le nbre de couchages, la piscine, salon de jardin... je m'attendais à une plus grande cour pour laisser courir les enfants, mais du coup, il a fait très beau, et ils ont été bcp dans la piscine. Conclusion : très bien

Grâce à cette jolie maison pleine de charme et de son extérieur, tout aussi charmant, nous avons pu offrir un super enterrement de vie de jeune fille à notre amie, qui a beaucoup aimé la maison. Nous étions 11 personnes et nous avions l'espace dont nous avions besoin, et les commodités nécessaires (cuisine fonctionelle, table et chaises suffisantes etc.). Merci aussi aux hotes pour leur disponibilité pour répondre à nos (nombreuses questions), et leur grande gentillesse. Tout s'est passé à merveille grâce à eux. Je conseille vivement cette location. Merci encore.

Maison très agréable et bien agencée pour un séjour un extérieur. (un peu compliqué pour manger à 10 en intérieur) la maison est propre et comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner dommage que la piscine n'était pas utilisable je conseille la maison pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille
