Change to our original booking
Posted Sep. 29, 2021 on HotelsWe were unable to honour our original booking due to a Brexit related problem with our dogs at the Channel Tunnel in the UK. I emailed the hotel and received a reply the following day saying that our stay would be honoured for the following night which we were able to accept and subsequently arrived and stayed. No additional charge was requested, only the extra for our dogs to be in the room with us. Well done Ibis Budget Dax

broke or just rubbish air con
Posted Sep. 6, 2020 on HotelsAir conditioning didn’t work and room was boiling and couldn’t sleep, after driving 11 hours not the best place to rest and refuel for the next 7 hour journey.
The gentleman at the reception was nice but once we got into the room and settled in he had already finished and there was no one there to advise about the air conditioning
