Parking fermé pour une voiture et possibilite de louer. Possibilité de tout faire à pied depuis l’appartement . Idéal pour profiter de Saint-Raphaël, de ses criques et de sa région. Départ des bateaux pour Saint Tropez, l’île sainte Marguerite et Porquerolles à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Situe a 1 h de route de laeroport de Nice!

Superbe appartement Impeccable,spacieux bien équipé très fonctionnel déco sympa proche de tout ( commerces,du centre,de la plage avec garage en option mais indispensable j’émettrai un petit bémol la proximité de la voie ferrée un peu bruyant mais ça ne nous a pas trop gêné nous y reviendrons certainement séjour très agréable merci.

Très agréable séjour

Magnifique appartement, à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Propreté parfaite et communication parfaite également avec Marie Anne . Le bruit , important du à la proximité de la gare ne nous a finalement pas gêné mais je comprend que des personnes à la recherche du calme complet puisse être gênées notamment dans les chambres !

Annonce non conforme. Pas de lave-linge ni séche linge.pas de place de parking. Vue sur l'océan c'est transformé en vue sur appartement. Par contre la voie férée a 10m de l'appartement super pour dormir !!!.réveillé à 6h .et un oreiller fourni pour un lit enfant absolument dégueulasse tout jaunie..Mais joli appartement.

superbe appartement centre St Raphaël

Appartement luxueux , confortable , bien équipé , lumineux avec garage ( en supplément mais indispensable ) . Dans le triangle d' or très proche du centre ville et des plages et promenades le long de la mer .Pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture , vu que tous les commerces sont proches y compris marché quotidien Victor Hugo et république . Literie d' excellente qualité , 2 sdb et deux wc donc parfaitement adapté pour 2 couples .La proximité de la voie ferrée n' est pas gênante , même en été car l' appartement est entièrement climatisé .Wifi par fibre optique excellent , Tv HD très grand écran , rien ne manque . Propiriétaire réactive et discréte .

Très bien!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, dans une jolie résidence. Difficile de faire mieux pour l'emplacement : la plage, les commerces, tout est proche! Hôte très sympathique, communication facile et fluide. Le seul point négatif serait la proximité de la voie ferrée. Ce ne fut pas gênant, car nous nous levions et couchions tôt, mais les adeptes de la sieste ne seraient pas du même avis.
