Nice little Oasis for exploring Grande Terre

Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe.

Great Stay in Guadeloupe

Excellent stay! As we arrived late our friendly host Eric met us by the main road to guide us to his residential community. This was a very nice house with a built in swimming pool near a very pretty town on the coast. All the supplies we needed were available for cooking as well as plenty of towels for the six of us. Sitting by the pool in the late afternoon after sightseeing was a great way to cap off our day!

Fabulous Location and House

Eric’s house is the perfect location to explore, enjoy nearby beaches, and sample the restaurants and villages of Sainte Anne and Sainte Francois. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and with a full kitchen and lovely private pool which is quite a luxury. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms does come in handy on warm evenings. Eric was there to greet me when I arrived in the evening and was gracious to show me the village of Sainte Anne and acquaint me with the neighborhood. When I had questions, he was always available by phone. A fabulous host and I highly recommend his house.

Great location and private retreat

Eric met us at the property late at night to accommodate our flight time, and was most helpful always in getting us oriented to the island and the house and in responding to any questions. The house and pool are very private, spacious and in a really good location to discover Grande Terre. It is especially well situated to access the Plage at Bois Jolan, a few minutes away, which is one of our favorite beaches in Guadeloupe, undeveloped, with lots of vegetation for shade, and beautiful shallow water. Thanks to Eric for a great week.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Éric Le logement est impeccable,il ne manque rien et très fonctionnel.Nous avons apprécié le punch d’arrivée et de quoi se restaurer le matin car notre avion avait un retard conséquentMerci à Éric pour sa disponibilité et le retour rapide à nos questions/renseignements sur la Guadeloupe Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe ce sera chez Éric si bien sûr celui ci le veut bien

J’ai louer cette villa pour 3 semaines avec mon mari et mes 3 enfants, la villa est très bien placée proche de toute commodité.Très bien équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin.La piscine est un vrai plus au retour de nos journées où même le matin avant de partir!Eric le propriétaire est très gentil et nous avons eu un excellent accueil !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison je recommande sans hésiter.Merci beaucoup

Belle maison et piscine très agréable

La villa n est pas grand luxe mais elle est bien agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation y compris dans le salon et lorsque nous en avions besoin Apprécié également la piscine pour nous tout seuls !! De petits soucis de bonbonne de gaz pendant le sejour mais Eric a toujours ete tres reactif ! Merci

Belle maison !

C'est une belle maison permettent d'accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. L'emplacement est bien situé sur sainte Anne mais le quartier, bien que calme, semblait être à l'abandon et n'a pas réellement été a notre goût (quelques carcasses de voitures, route pas très soignées, des maisons qui semblent être à l'abandon). D'une manière générale, la maison était propre mais sans que ce soit vraiment optimal (cuisine, placards des chambres, salle de bain). Une odeur peu accommodante y régnait, très probablement dû au produit anti moustique qui y était diffusé. La piscine était très bien, l'extérieur très soigné également. L'hôte, Eric, est très agréable, avenant et à l'écoute. Il y a par exemple eu un petit problème avec le portail qui a été résolu dans la journée.

un séjour parfait

Cette maison est idéalement située à ste Anne au calme mais tout proche des plages de bois Jolan et du bourg de Ste Anne. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux qui nous avez même préparé un en-cas suite à notre arrivée un dimanche en fin de journée. Le propriétaire s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons à tous de séjourner dans cette maison idéale.

Fantastique

Eric est à l’écoute de nos besoins, serviable et très disponible. L’endroit est formidable, calme et on y retrouve tout ce que nous avons besoin. Maison très bien placée dans un quartier calme et toute proche de l'entrée de St Anne Equipements au top : Climatiseurs et moustiquaire, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, table de cuisson Literie confortable Le jardin est tres bien entretenu. La piscine privée est un vrai atout ! Possibilité de rentrer 2 voitures dans le jardin. Eric au top ! Echanges très cordiaux avant et pendant le séjour. Toujours disponible si besoin. Propose également des sorties bateau. Excellent séjour dans sa globalité. On reviendra !!

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Accueil trés sympathique, cependant une boisson fraîche à l'arrivée serait un plus. Maison agréable, bien équipée et spacieuse, la piscine est appreciable. La maison est bien située, la boulangerie très proche à pied. L'accès à Bois Jolan à pied également pour balades et baignades. Je recommande cette location.

L'habitation parfaite !

Nous avons passé un très beau sejour dans cette habitation. Idéal pour une famille, la piscine clôturée est tres sécuritaire. L'hôte était en tout temps disponible pour nous guidé dans nos question. L'emplacement était génial car nous étions proche des plages, restaurante, centre-ville, epicerie et station d'essence. Tout etait accessible.
