The house consists of 2 apartments linked together by an external staircase. The large apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace and a barbecue.
There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom (WC, shower and bathtub). This room has its private access to the terrace and is located just above a century-old olive tree.
The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with the shower and each has a double bed.

On the terrace you can have lunch almost all year round with a view of Cavalaire Bay.
The house was built in the early 1950s by my grandfather in the Provencal tradition with very thick walls that allow you to stay cool all summer. The garden is very green, which also allows you to constantly have freshness and a multitude of colors.

The small apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The larger of the two bedrooms is the children's corner with 4 beds (2 * 2 bunk beds). It is happiness for children who spend unforgettable holidays with cousins or friends. In front of the small apartment, a shaded garden furniture allows you to spend cool afternoons. The garden is made in terraces so that everyone can find a moment of tranquility and freshness.


The house also has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with a barbecue at its level. Deckchairs and mattresses are provided. Around the pool there is a lawn area where you can play ball games, relax.

The rental is for the entire house.

The Perfect French Getaway

We used this house for a family reunion with some family in La Croix Valmer - it was the perfect layout for a big family with mixed ages. Even though it is a traditional (a bit dated) French cottage - it has all the right things updated - amazing plumbing, showers, etc. All we needed in the kitchen, orange trees to eat off of and the most magical view. Thank you so much to you and your family for letting us use your home!

Lovely villa

Villa - lovely size with a well equipped kitchens and eat in diner. Outside terrace and bbq was great. Beautiful size pool and ideal for sunbathing and cooling off afterwards. Very quiet location. Location - stunning views from the Villa of the bay. Quite a hilly area so not ideal for walking anywhere. Beautiful beaches and not far from st tropez. Host - easy to contact via WhatsApp and the neighbour next door is also very helpful. Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Only tip for improvement would be maybe household instructions in English and a fob for the gate to get in and out of the drive. Overall a great host and a lovely experience Thank you.

Traumhaus mit viel Charme

Wunderbares Haus für Familienferien

Wir haben zwei herrliche und ungetrübte Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet, alles war blitzsauber. Der alte Garten ist wunderbar eingewachsen und man ist komplett für sich, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, der Poolbereich ist nicht einsehbar. Das Haus selbst ist älter, ebenso die Einrichtung, die aber gemütlich, solide und geschmackvoll ist. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Die Küche verfügt moderne hochwertige Geräte, die Ausstattung macht das Kochen auch für viele Personen möglich. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neuwertig. Die Bäder sind etwas altmodisch, aber alles funktioniert gut. Wir danken Marjolaine und Ihrer Familie für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und kommen sicher wieder.

Perfect location and view

Very nice villa on a superb location. Lovely view towards the bay and Cavalaire sur mer. Walking distance to La Croix Valmer, but the way back is very steep up hill! Nice swimming pool, 7 sunloungers, bbq, several nice terraces. The Villa is charming, but old. Bathrooms need an upgrade and airconditioning in the bedrooms would be convenient.

Relax

The property is located at a steep hillside looking southwards to the sea. The nicely decorated house looks like it hasn't changed much since the 70s but is well preserved. A large covered veranda provides plenty of room and a splendid view over the bay. The treasure is the garden on two levels with its flowering trees and bushes.

Eintauchen in französische Familien-Ferienwohnung

Das Ferienhaus hatte alles, was man braucht, um mit einer großen Familie zu entspannen: Ein wunderbarer Blick in die blaue Bucht der Cote d`Azur, ansprechende Zimmer, einen Pool, einen Grill, einen Garten mit mediterranem Baumbestand sowie kurze Wege zur Boulangerie und zum Markt. Zum Strand und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten natürlich auch. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, dem Vertrauen der Gastgeberin zu entsprechen und das Haus rücksichtsvoll zu nutzen. Wir waren zu siebt....auch acht Erwachsene hätten gepasst. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder, wenn wir auch die weiteren 4 Kinderstockbetten voll kriegen?

Very nicely quiet and yet centrally located house

This was a perfect holiday also thanks to the landlady of the house. From the communication to the cleanliness to the location and facilities. Everything highly recommended. Entspannung in der Cote Azur

Wir waren mit einer anderen Familie (Freunde) eine Woche da. Total 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder von 1-7 Jahre alt. Das Haus entsprach weitgehend unseren Erwartungen und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets gut und unsere Anliegen wurden zeitnahe umgesetzt. Leider entsprach der untere Teil der Hauses nicht unseren Vorstellungen, so dass wir diese Räume nicht wie vorgesehen benutzen konnten. Der Standard ist nicht der gleiche wie der obere Teil des Hauses. Vielleicht würde künftig eine kleine Sanierung oder Aufwertung helfen. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr guten Eindruck, das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme und auch die Umgebung mit Garten und Pool sind sehr angenehm und gepflegt. Aus unserer Sicht ist ein Teil der Möblierung stark abgenutzt und sollte demnächst ersetzt werden. Dies betrifft vorallem der Aussenbereich und die untere Wohnung. Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch eine gute Investition. Wir genossen trotz einigen kleinen Mängel (Stromunterbruch Eingangstor, Poolreinigung zeitweise defekt) unsere Tage im Haus und wurden sehr freundlich und immer zeitnahe von der Vermieterin oder der Nachhbarin kontaktiert. Idealer Ort um mit Familien und Freunden zu Entspannen. Auch die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A wonderful vacation

We, a group of 7 adult friends, spent two very relaxed late summer weeks here. The house has a lot of character, is tastefully furnished and we especially liked the well stacked library in the living room. The view from the terrace on the sea and the îles d'Hyères is magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for cooking even for bigger groups. The house it situated in a calm neighborhood and within walking distance to the center of town, where you get your morning croissants and baguettes etc. We would love to come back!

Sehr gelungener Familienurlaub

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Kommunikation lief absolut reibungslos. Der Empfang vor Ort war ebenfalls tadellos. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und alles ist gut von dort erreichbar. Auch Einkaufen zu Fuß ist gut machbar. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steil, aber mit Gewöhnung gut zu meistern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können uns sehr gut vorstellen das Haus nochmals zu mieten.

Très belle emplacement bien situé pour visiter les sites principaux de la région.

Belle propriété avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire. Par contre, côté piscine, la location est pour 12 personnes maxi et il n'y a que 8 transats dont 6 d'opérationnels.
