No Pool, No Gym, Unsanitary
Publié le 25 mai 2023 sur HotelsCapital hotel was not great at all. Their amenities showed they had a pool, gym and other hood and refreshing places to go to, so I booked it. I went there.. they said pool is at the other hotel they own and we would have to tell them if we want to go there every.single.time. That was so inconvenient, so we said maybe whatever, we won’t use it I guess. Next was the room.. we walk in, and it smells old and musky.. I started coughing. Bed is a bit hard, I was tired and we chose to ignore it saying “we get what we pay for.. cheap”. After I decided to take a shower after a long day. I turn on the shower and it stinks.. smells like sewer.. I was hoping it would go away, but it did not the entire time.. so that entire time I was sniffing that digesting order into my system. I came out of the shower and was upset.. told my brother this isn’t it and I can’t stay here for almost a week for this kind of thing.. I was gonna let it slide. So same night we contacted Hotel.com and the agent was so helpful and understanding after letting them know we can check out same night to get a new hotel. Capital hotel didn’t even offer a new room or any other courtesy. It was upsetting. Glad we got a refund back from through Hotel.com because Capital Hotel didn’t want to refund and only later tried to offer other things after we had to look for a hotel at 3am. We left same night and the front desk only ask if we’re leaving and we can come back at 8am to try and get a refund. Ugh.

Publié le 23 janv. 2020 sur Hotels中国人ばっかりのホテルで、お客のマナーも最悪。フロント前の椅子とテーブルを自分たちのリビングとして使用している有り様。セキュリティボックスが使用できなかったり、冷蔵庫のスイッチは入っていなかったり、大きいゴキブリが天井に居たり、さらにどう見てもダブルサイズのベットがクイーンサイズとなっているのはおかしい‼️
深夜便(2:00)で帰国する中国人がうるさいのは仕方がないとしても、チェックアウト後の従業員の作業がまたうるさい!ペットボトルを潰す音、扉の開閉の音。深夜とは思えないほどの騒音に悩まされ、明け方別の中国人達のチェックイン。2度と泊まりたくないホテルです。

Compared to its room rate, the hotel is not bad. Staffs were kind and breakfast was OK. The main problem is that it is like a Chinese gathering, their shouting even in the night, and their smoking in the hallway. Water was ok. Separate bedroom and living room were good, but the TV had only four Chinese channels. Room was generally quiet. There was a supermarket "99cents" nearby and it was convenient.

매우 불친절하고 시끄러움
Publié le 12 juill. 2018 sur Expedia호텔도 작은데 중국인들이 24시간 복도 테이블에 앉아 노래틀고 시끄럽게 해요. 직원들 영어도 잘 못하고 저랑 미국인 남편이랑 둘이 묵었는데 정말 짜증났습니다. 중국인 아니면 그냥 가지마세요.. 시트도 찝찝하고 호텔도 그냥 평균수준인데 서비스나 직원이나 불쾌합니다. 밤 9시정도 지나면 게이트 잠궈놔서 열쇠로 열고 들어와야하고 첫날 비행기내려서 새벽 5시반쯤에 왔는데 왜이렇게 늦게왔냐고 하더군요...

Great location and good service. Free parking was helpful. This hotel is good in access to anything including shopping, going to the beach, having dinner. There was a slight prob in drain but overall good!
