Beautiful place

Cleanliness?

I'd like to start off by saying that we apologize for not meeting your expectations in cleanliness. We take our IHG Way of Clean Promise very seriously and to have fallen short during your stay is very saddening. Regarding the bug found in your bathtub, we do have pest control come out every couple of months to spray our property, so I will bring this directly to management's attention. The stain found on your sheets will be brought to my management team's attention as well. Overall this property is is clean and well maintained. Reason for 4 stars is no Jacuzzi and they’re not up to date with technology.
Truck/RV parked ng? Its just a grass area and if it’s raining you will be stuck.

The rooms weren’t as quiet as clean as I think they could have been.
Check out is at 11, but housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am. Needs to wait til a little later

Very clean property. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfy. Pool is pristine! Recommended.
