I would like to add thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay.We want to apologize that there was not a TV in your room. We aren't too sure what happened, but we are actively looking into this, as no TV's have been reported missing to our front desk, housekeeping, management, or maintenance teams.Thirdly, we apologize that the room was not clean. Holiday Inn Good. Hotels.com bad
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was wonderful. It was Hotels.com that had an issue with the virtual card that the hotel had on file. It took us 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in.

Very nice property in the staff was very nice as well. They have a wonderful pool and it was a great stay.
