The property buolding is very dirty from the outside and the the rooms are not well equipped

Parking options are very limited; you will have to park at the beach. The building is in need of renovation, which should start soon. Staff are responsive to requests, but delivery could be faster. Amenities are very basic, and guest interaction could be improved.
