Kind of a cold dark place. We stayed because of location. Not to gamble.
Restaurants were all very good. Rooms very nice. Bed slept great. For some reason i felt lonely there?

We love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the surrounding mountains. The pool and hot tub could use some more frequent cleaning.

The hotel was beautiful and super clean! Great restaurants in the casino! They have a lot of penny machines, we had a great stay

I do not like your web site anymore. Upon opening, I no longer see your room offerings, and stay and play as before, but a page full of Expedia, and other booking companies with no offers, and higher prices. I was unable to delete these, and forced to select one. I booked a King NON SMOKING, and was given a smelly smoking rm on the 5th floor. I had to drag all my luggage down, wait in line and ask for the room I reserved. Thankfully the girls were very nice and apologized. I have been visiting this casino for years, and remember when the kid crapped in the pool, and shutdown the pool, and hottub which we liked for a couple years. I know someone who worked there. I now find that to get hotel specials, I cannot use the web site, and must call. to me this is dumb. Put your offers on your web site, and just supply a link for others. Too many companies are trending downward trying to do business on the cheap. Spend the money updating your worn out carpets, and the entire 5th floor stinks. Sorry it isnt better. We will return, but cautiously.
