overall great - was surprise that we had to put sheets/make bed on arrival especially at the price we paid.

The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend.

Shower leaked out under the bottom onto floor
Fresh linen supplied. Make your own bed.
Well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No face washer with our towel set.
Great location, restaurant and bar were lovely.

Great Place for Family Hoilday
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Unfortunately there is some brokenblinds which need to be fixed. People can see in apartment. Not good fo4 changing purposes.

Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was very expensive for what we got it had broken shutters n weeds growing on the patio cigarettes butts and kitchen lacking in basic equipment no soap no shampoo n we had to make our own bed on arrival

Hi Karon, we are sad about your negative experience but we thank you for taking the time to rate us. The Pacific Blue Apartment, Unit 139/265 is sold with linen included but not bed makes. However, we can arrange for it at an additional charge. Our properties are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival but apart from that items are to be purchased by the guests. With regard to the broken shutters, we encourage our guests to contact us if something's broken at the property, especially if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction upon arrival. We will be sure to coordinate your feedback with the housekeeping team for action. We love to have you back!
