The check in process is the worse possible imaginable. The place was very dirty

Disgusting process of charging for Visa card charges especially when there is no T&C provided. It is unethical and illegal way of conducting business. Never again Why on earth do you need drivers license and the credit card details for the process of bond.

As per Australia wide policy in holiday accommodation, as part of the checking in process, ID is required.

Bed room light was not working. Bathroom door was broken. No internet connected. Very disappointed disappointing.
