Amazing view across the beach from the balcony's. Wonderful food. All staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended especially for short breaks to refresh.

The hotel was very nice - shame about the car parking, no idea why we had to leave out car keys behind the reception desk, it wasn't although they had completed valet parking, we were also told that we could leave out car in the car park till 1pm when we checked out but after only 1 hour they changed there mind and stated it needed to be moved straight away, frustrated and disappointed.!
The attitude of the front desk staff, who where happy to do their jobs but didn't come across as friendly or helpful but more officious in their actions and verbal communications.
Improvements need to be made to the hotel to make it more smooth running.

Stunning hotel, amazing location. If you could have your dogs here in certain dog rooms it would be amazing

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through the area. It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Its a bit out of the way of Salcombe centre. Its not really walkable but there is a ferry service (tiny boat) from the beach to Salcombe Harbour very frequently. Food was lovely and we enjoyed it whilst sat overlooking the sea. Would definately stay again.

Loved our stay - beautiful spa and outside terrace. Continetal breakfast was lovely. Fab location with a shuttle that will run you into town too!
