I just stayed one night. Its an older motel. The room was big and very clean. Only negative thing. The toilet was low to the floor. Oh the kitchen sink. Whatever they use to clean it. Its like an oil. I guess they put it on to protect the sink.

I found the whole check-in quite simple & convenient. The room/apt was very clean, nicely laid out, ample fridge, cook ware, etc. Clean Bathroom & Bedroom...Nice Bed!!! I will certainly lool for your locations when traveling!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Super clean

Matt was amazing in ensuring my stay went without a snag. He greeted me with sincere friendliness and even rushed up to assist me with getting my TV set up as soon as I reported an issue. I had an accident with a glass and he comforted me by offereing to replace it immediately. Great stay!

Best room ever for any stay. Ours was overnight. Clean, very spacious, pots, pans, dishes, full fridge and microwave perfect! Starbucks walking distance in front room!!!! Krogers next door!

"From Pleasant Past Stays to a Horrible Experience

Write correctly: I stayed this hotel for several time. It was super staying before. I like previous owner. She is so friendly and does her job how to do. But this time was horrible. Staff no friendly and omg so dirty. Cockroach on the sofa, window.

We inspected the room you stayed in immediately after your departure and saw no evidence of any pests. Again, we apologize, that your stay here did not meet your expectations. The layout of the unit was good and it was clean enough EXCEPT - the unit I was assigned smelled AWFUL and that took away a lot from the experience. I'm not sure if smokers had previously stayed there but it ended up that kept most of my possessions in my car overnight and I had to put any clothes I had in the unit in a garage back and wash them immediately when I got home. I stayed just one night (so I'm likely not the target market for this place) and it was over the weekend so no one was working - I got my key from a lockbox. I will admit, I didn't reach out about the smell because it was rather late when I really settled into the unit.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. All of our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. We do, however, put air fresheners in all of our rooms. My apologies that you did not have a great experience.
