The first room I was in, the toilet had feces. The second room the carpet is dirty and the bathroom has hair all over it. I should be given a refund.

It was an odor in the room. It needs to be remodeled very badly. The tub was rusted and stained. Cigarette holes in the bed sheets.

Let me say first that the staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member found me tea to drink as I’m not a coffee drinker. The poor rating has to do with the noise! I guess because of our room location( overlooking the pool area) it was very noisy. Dogs barking, noisy guests above us , toilet constantly running because of a slow leak, vacuuming the hall at 6:30 am. and hearing loud mechanical noises next to us. We were not next to the elevator or stairs. If staying ask to be at the end of the hall if you want quiet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The lobby looks nice but smells like old cigarette smoke. The smell goes down the hall as well. Our room did not appear to be clean - there was candy on the floor, the bed cover appeared dirty, there were chunks of used soap stuck to the shower curtain, and the wooden furniture all appears to be beaten up and not wiped off. So it’s ok just for a nights sleep, but it’s not somewhere I would look forward to coming back to. I will keep my shoes on to walk on the carpet.
