We definitely will be back!
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAfter a bad day traveling, we arrived at 9 PM to find the young lady sitting outside waiting on us. She checked us in quickly so we could get to our room and finally relax. We had a slight issue with our room and when I called the desk the next morning that young lady instantly offered a different room. It's the 1st time I didn't even have to ask. Almost every room was occupied, but there was no noise, not even traffic since the Inn sets up a hill. It's not perfect. It could use a little updating, but the super friendly staff and the incredible quiet made me not care. We'll be back!

I will stay there again

As one would expect for the price
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCottonwood Inn is a decent place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the bathtub's ceramic had a large worn/ dark spot that made showering uncomfortable; also, we could only get either tepic or very hot water (not warm).
The lady we met in the front office is very nice and hard working (seems to do everything including cleaning!)
Breakfast consisted of just cereals, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, and OJ, but the cereal choices were good at least!

New mgmt is updating decor so its only 1/2 done. New paint, ancient dirty and torn carpet, new fixtures but hole in walls from previous, and barely working microwave & mini-fridge. Mgmt trying to charge us for room before we arrived caused bank to flag as suspicious and put a hold on our account. We were able to fix it and pay for the room, but the inconvenience left a bad feeling. The surrounding community is a delight if you want to get away from the city, but I don't think I would stay here again.
