Friendly Staffs, Breakfast was busy, We couldn't get a table and Restaurant Staff cannot provide a table or help us with water and food from the Kitchen as they were overwhelmed. The Bathroom Curtains were really dirty and We had to ask for Bath Rug and Face Towels. Water was flowing in the basement, i had to wade through it for parking. Moved to Radisson for the next 3 days of my stay.

Worn out hotel with Bad Service Staff didn't seem to care much at all (and incompetent too). Everything was so slow, food orders/ other requests were mixed up whether be it at front desk or in-room service or at restaurant. Both Rooms we booked didn't have towels, had to contact front desk 4 times and finally someone at room service sent out towels when we tried different number. Bathrooms were dirty, wanted to take photos. Definitely would not stay here considering other hotels in salem.

The property started experiencing wear and tear. I guess, in the beginning it would have been a great hotel. After 8 years, i see that it is hit with wear and tear at all the places. They need to start renovating soon. Being the business hotel, internet access is excellent -
