Since I got my room through Expedia, I got no breakfast with my room. This is one of the reasons I book the Holiday Inn.

We got there and one of our beds had dog hair all over it. We called the front desk to have it swapped and they never came to change it. Had to go down to the front desk the next day to request it. As a result my 4-yr old spent all night coughing until he threw up. There was this musky smell in the room all over. It almost smelled like wet dog. The staff was nice and friendly. I just think the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Plus we had elephants and rhinos above us that stayed up all night. We got no sleep at all because the ppl above us sounded like they were galloping and it went on all night (until like 2-3am). The beds are not very comfy. I had back and hip pains for days after.

Stayed here the weekend of July 5th 2024 in the Summer. Pros: -Lots of parking available -Clean hotel, well maintained -Welcoming friendly staff -Safe environment -Has pretty fountain outside infront of built in restaurant to the hotel -Palm trees and pretty flowers outside -Great lighting in bathroom Room has a vanity with pull out stool. It has a table with a chair, tv worked great with lots of channels, and also has a mini fridge and coffee station and microwave. Rooms were clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, had a sunshade and dark room curtains which is nice. 7am-10pm Pool Hours Restaurant is open til 10pm 6am-10am Breakfast Restaurant Style Some things to note: -No hair dryer -You have to call front desk if you want your room cleaned while gone. Room cleaning came when we didn’t ask them to, but it was very nice of them and we were pleased to have a clean room after a late night out. -Room felt a lil small but didn’t matter bc it had everything we needed

It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn that wasn’t up to my standard. The room wasn’t clean. There were signs of heavy wear in the room and throughout the property. The parking lot was full and had areas that were not well lit.
