Clemson family weekend

We had a great stay! We were in town for Clemson family weekend. We loved where this house is located. Just far enough away from all the craziness of in town. But also close enough to enjoy everything we wanted to. The house is very clean and comfortable. And the neighborhood is beautiful. Loved all the views! Will definitely book again. All pics and listings are exactly what you will get.

Need new cleaning agent

We were allowed check in an hour later than advertised because the cleaner had not finished. My friend saw a roach upstairs. We had to get bug spray. I would also suggest the check in process for the resort/club a little tedious for a weekend arrival. We did not get our packet until Monday. I would suggest better follow up via phone call or text if the application was not received within a week of check in. It was sent to email but lost in junk mail.

Hi Crystal, we want our guests to have a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide some context:- Due to a last-minute booking before your arrival and our regular cleaner being unavailable, we arranged for an alternative cleaner as soon as possible. We informed you that this would cause a slight delay, and as a result, the cleaning was completed an hour later than usual. You let us know this wouldn’t be an issue.- The property receives regular professional pest control treatments, but given that it’s located in the South, occasional sightings can still occur.- The HOA requires the check-in form to be completed three days before arrival. We first sent the form on July 12th and followed up with a reminder on August 7th. When we didn’t receive a response, we reached out directly by phone and you expressed your sincere apologies for not getting back to us. The homeowner works hard to provide an ideal guest experience and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.

Nice quiet place! Very relaxing.

We had never booked any property online before and we were pleased with how easy things went. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It's was relaxing. Enjoyed the lake there and the surrounding areas. We're looking forward to coming back!!

Lake Getaway

The cabin was quaint and had personality. We were comfortable during our stay but there were a few inconveniences. We found a cockroach inside the cabin and around the complex, the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not functioning, some dishes still had residual food on them, there was a big sticky spot in the fridge and a long hair in the freezer, cobwebs in the fans, and there were liquid stains on the cabinets. Concerning the dishwasher and garbage disposal, the owner bent over backwards to make it right and she was very polite and accommodating in her conversation with us. I would highly recommend hiring a new cleaner or cleaning agency since the person who cleaned before our stay didn’t seem to check all the boxes that are expected in a basically five star Vrbo property. Some of the decor and appliances also seem dated. Overall we enjoyed the neighborhood and the accommodations and we had a relaxing time. The property would be exemplary if the interior was cleaned more thoroughly.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Our property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, due to our location in South Carolina, it's not uncommon to encounter pests occasionally.- The garbage disposal and dishwasher were damaged during the prior guest's stay and have since been repaired.- We're discussing the cleaning issues you outlined with our cleaner and will either remedy them or hire a new cleaner to ensure the cleanliness meets our high standards moving forward.- The listing photos show the decor and appliances, so guests know what to expect.Thank you for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests.

Loved It

The condo was clean and bright. The large windows overlooking the trees and golf course were amazing. The community and amenities were just perfect. We did sleep in the loft, because the bed on the main floor was too soft for us. We still loved it!
