Would stay again
Check in was quick and easy. Person at front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. The hallways were clean. The elevator was slow, but also clean. The breakfast the hotel provides free was appreciated and not bad. Bacon, sausage, egg cereal, waffles, toast, some fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. The breakfast room was clean. The breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. which always feels a bit rushed I think while one is vacationing. 9:30 or 10:00 seems a bit more gracious for folks travelling I think. The property had a laundry. I appreciated being able to wash some clothes while being on the road. The proximity to a very large outlet mall was nice. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. We felt safe walking. Access to I-5 and other more scenic routes are easy to navigate to. All in all it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot breakfast offerings—waffles, eggs, and sausages. Shower temperature was wildly variable in mid-morning.

When I opened the door to go in I was hit by stale old chemical smell. I requested tub that didn’t happen. The water pressure was poor. The air conditioning made a horrible clicking noise like raccoons trying get roof a box. Had to turn it off and open windows . The bed was wet comfortable. The kitchen area had food on floor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a beer bottle cap under the desk. You can tell it’s old but as much as there charging it should have been cleaner. The staff was very sweet and approachable . Location is right outlet malls. Housekeeping needs some tips. I would not stay again for that amount of $$ and it not being clean and noise.

The room was quite small. The bathroom was a little dilapidated and tiny. Other than that, the beds were comfortable the space was clean and they did given amenities. The room was so small we could not accommodate a rollaway

We were on a road trip to California and stopped here for the night. The room and overall hotel were clean, although a tad bit dated but clean nonetheless, staff were polite and helpful if not warm nor friendly (which was fine with us—polite and helpful is miles better than most alternatives), and the continental breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and good. The hotel is across from a strip mall and, although we arrived at night when stores were closed, I imagine one could find dining options in the mall. We would stay here again on any future road trips.
