The grounds and building were in good shape. The interior was very clean, without a lot of scurrying around to do so.
We will stay here again.

It was fine. Itnworked for what we needed. The front desk did do a great job and answered all our question with effort and friendly response.

This is an awesome hotel. The room was clean quiet and good sized with everything you needed. The best part was the courteous and helpful staff. I couldn't get the TV figured out, and the young man in the front desk showed up immediately and took care of it. I will certainly be back.

Front desk staff did not make eye contact and did not provide a parking pass for the dash.
Breakfast staff were friendly as well as cleaning staff!

Great place to stay when visiting Salem
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAmazing customer service. Clean and comfortable bed, bath. Many choices for breakfast. This is the first place place I saw using ceramic plates and real silverware, saw more people working at breakfast bar. Really appreciated
