Criticisms:
Despite being told we’d receive check in instructions a week ahead & asking for them twice, we didn’t receive them till we arrived & upon arrival, learned that we were in a different unit than expected.
The unit has an ant issue in the kitchen & guest bathroom. We notified the host. We bought ant traps that didn’t work. So we bought ant spray that worked better, but still didn’t completely eliminate them. Had to prepare food quickly to avoid any on the counters. Food containers had to be put in the refrigerator or on the dining room table.
We liked this place & hope the hosts can solve the ant issue.

Good home-base for IM Oregon 70.3
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWould have preferred a downtown location for the convenience to be close to Athlete Village for the triathlon. However this property was a good price/ location compromise. It’s about a mile from the downtown riverside park and there’s plenty of parking downtown so the drive was never a problem including on race morning. The property is a two br condo that worked great for us. The condo was very clean and had good kitchen supplies that helped for making our own meals a few times. The exterior of the condo complex could use some cleaning but that is out of the property owners control. Overall a good place to stay.

Centrally located Salem apartment
Publié le 7 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis apartment is as described in the listing. The apartment complex is a bit older and the walls are thin--you can hear neighbors. But, it is clean and decently updated and serviceable. A good alternative to a hotel.

Great location and fantastic hosts!

The outside of the condo complex is a bit run-down but the condo is clean and fairly comfortable. The hosts are lovely and responsive and provide great amenities to welcome you like coffee, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc.
