Het leek alsof men in de meivakantie eigenlijk nog niet klaar is voor gasten. Zwembad koud, restaurant gesloten, terrein deels overwoekerd met onkruid, geen rondleiding bij aankomst. Appartement is prima (wel zeer beperkte keukeninventaris), goede parkeergelegenheid.

Dear Matie,
this is low season, that why you paid 70% less than high season.
about pool, only in a 4 star hotel you will find warm water, we are a country house ecologic and we never think to warm up the pool is impossible, if the weather is cold, the pool is cold, is nature.
in this season is already very expensive to warm up the rooms.
due the War in this season we have less guests than normal, this don't help us to run the vill with 100% of services.
