Host Bill provided many recommendations for where to eat and things to do- with and without pets. We walked to nearby restaurants and shops, enjoyed the local farmers' markets and cooked in frequently. We felt right at home during our two-week stay.

Happy Trails in Salida

The owners clearly made an effort to make the accommodations extra comfy and cozy…extra pillows, towels and blankets. The bed was really comfortable, too! Loved the original artwork and fixtures. Thank you Bill &Toni! Will look forward to returning next year!

fantastic place for my family to spend the week. Kids had a blast on the river between bike rides and meals. Great host. Very nicely remodeled and great everything, Very clean and quality amenities. Thanks!

Wonderful and cozy cabin within walking distance of downtown Salida

They did a great job with the remodel and it is decorated very nicely (no old snow shoes on the wall, or a carved bear anywhere to be seen - possible violation of Colorado rental laws). It was a perfect size for the two of us and our dog.
The location is great for walking into town as the river walk ends right by it. There’s also a nice area in the front to sit out and have a drink if the weather’s nice.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant Stay in a Convenient Location

The only downside was the loud window AC unit in the living area, which could be a bit disruptive during hot days. Nevertheless, I'd recommend the cabin as a great place to stay in Salida. Book with confidence!

Summer vacation in Salida
Publié le 19 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful, updated cabin with some unique touches. The king size bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice and big! My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this vacation rental and loved Salida! There is a river walk right behind the house and it was fun to stop and watch the surfers when walking to town. We really appreciated the host allowing an early check in. Absolutely loved our stay and give this Vrbo a 5 star rating!
