We dud our annual Salida trip. We come in to mountain bike, sip beers at the brewers rendezvous event and learn new trails. We had a great time. The weather was fabulous and extra hot. We played in the river and enjoyed our stay. It was great spot for 2 couples and our dog. We brought and extra fan to help out. Overall the space is as described. We kept the house cool by closing windows and blinds early in the morning. We love the location and walking distance to everything. It was a great stay.

Girls weekend in Salida was so fun!!
It was cute and perfectly located. The house was the perfect size for hanging out with friends. Two little critiques, all the big wood blinds were very dusty. The pillows were almost non-existent. The two coffee machine options was GREAT!

Even Better Than Expected!
We thought the furniture and amenities were even nicer/ more updated than the pictures suggest! Also larger than we were expecting. Amazing location - quick 7 min walk to downtown, and basically right on a trail by the Arkansas River. Under 30 min drive to Monarch Mtn for skiing. Washer/dryer in unit. WiFi was fast/flawless for remote work involving video calls all day.

Comfortable Townhome Great Location
We’ve been vacationing in Salida for a decade and this property was one of the best. Very comfortable living space, quality furniture and appliances and pet friendly. Lots of storage space which is often lacking in rentals. It was a short walk to downtown and the grocery store as well as a walking trail along the river. The upper balcony has a great view of S Mountain for those wanting to stay over the Fourth of July and see the fireworks. My only recommendation to the owner would be to have a few extra pillows to choose from depending on your sleeping preference. The pillows in the master bedroom were a little flat but otherwise we slept well. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy modern condo
This unit is one of five. Two levels, very spacious and comfortable upper bedroom and bath. Lower floor has another bedroom, separate bath, kitchen and living room. New appliances that work very well, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook, nice living room and dining area - just a really modern and well-equipped unit. Nice place to sit with a view out back, functional gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend it for two couples. It’s a lot put into a smallish space, and the single downstairs bathroom separate from the bedroom is a little bit of a hassle, but otherwise this places makes great use of the space. Great communication, easy access, and close enough to downtown to walk if you want. Near a nice trial that runs along the river, too.

Nice Quiet Property in Proximity to Downtown
This is a nice townhouse, clean and well decorated. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown Salida in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Property and neighbors were pet friendly. Would stay again and recommend!
