Inconvenience

Check in took long then it should have. Person didn’t know what he was doing. Management should have put on their website saying they are under construction, if you want breakfast you needed to drive across the highway to a different hotel. Their beds suck. OMG!!

I didn't like why there was no television service. The hotel was under renovation and they didn't let the clients know about it. Lots of cockroaches.

I would simply say it would have been very wise and appropriate on your part to inform the front desk about both negative aspects highlighted by you and requested for a different room. We had no issues reported during this period about TV coverage or cockroaches. We are sorry to hear that you continued occupying a room for 1 whole week without bringing these matters to the notice of the hotel management.The renovations mention by you is simply limited to exterior improvements and does not hinder occupation in any of our rooms. Furthermore, this factor is mentioned in our website.Regards & best wishes

We had a pleasant stay. We needed a place to rest our head and get a good night sleep to get back on the road. They are in the middle of remodeling but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again.

Cheap. Being renovated. Dog friendly. Hot outside but AC worked great. Lots of flies in the room.

Dear Brent,I would rather say we are "reasonable" for the price you pay. Yes, this is Salina and definitely HOT during this time of the year. Glad that you found our ACs upto the task of keeping our rooms cool.We are extremely sorry about the flies. It's another phenomina that comes with the hot environment around here. Nevertheless, we will be taking all possible steps to negate this problem. We, at Days Inn will be waiting to welcome you the next time assuring you of a better stay.

Someone wanting a room shouldn't have to pay an extra deposit because they're a resident of the same area

Dear Bud,We apologize for your dissapointment. Unfortunately, we have loads of instances where beddings and linen in rooms are used in a manner that leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes, we find fixtures and electricals missing. A security deposit, provide us with some kind of leeway in such instances. Our past experiences shows that a deposit works as a deterrent. Deposits made in cash, is refunded at the time of checking out. Deposits made by CCs or DCs, unfortunately take time as it is a matter beyond our control. We release it the same day, but banking procedures take time to effect the actual transfer.Hope you will understand.Regards.

I had to pay an extra fee because I have a local address and I wouldn't receive the money upon check out it's been 11 hours since check I have not received my deposit back, I wouldn't care if I didn't have medication I needed to buy
