I usually have good experiences with Motel 6. However, despite a friendly front counter, this hotel had internet that couldn't even load my email (and I had a business call in the morning! I had to use my phone's hot spot), it had a shower that was so dingy I chose not to shower, and a lumpy bed. I've never encountered a bed I would describe as "lumpy" but now I have. It is also right over the highway, so there is a good amount of highway noise. The bed and shower may have just been my room. This place does get good overall reviews, which is why I chose it, but the internet was simply a fundamental issue.

Motel 6 advertises a pool, but the pool is closed and appears to have never been opened for the season. The staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to help customers check in. Room was not terribly dirty but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It’s about what you expect for a cheap interstate motel.

It was a passing place halfway to our journey. But they only left 2 small bars of soap and two towels for 4 people.When I went to ask them for gel or shampoo to take a shower, they told us that they did not give that service!!! How do you shower then customers? I have traveled a lot and nothing like it ever happened to me.I don't recommend it.It was also noticeable that the sheets had not changed and the bathrooms were dirty. The toilet had toilet paper and pee inside, they hadn't flushed. Incredible..

The upkeep is horrible. Half the parking area lights were out. The unit is rusting and falling apart. The canvas canopy over the office entrance was torn and flapping in the wind. The front desk Indian staff person had the personality of a dry river stone. The place is just simply not keep well and the management should be removed!! Shame on Motel 6 corporate to allow the appearance of one of there motels go to waste as this place has!

The stay was fine for the price. However, they should stop advertising their outdoor pool since it have never seen it open any time I’ve stayed there.
