This hotel looked nothing like the photos online. There was a security gate to get into the parking area which I have never seen at a hotel before. Also, this was a motel that was converted into a Best Western. There was nothing in the online description that indicated it was a motel. The room smelled musty, room was very rundown, and the AC unit made a lot of noise. The doors didn’t close easily making it very loud when someone would come and go from their room. The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I’m truly disappointed in this stay, especially considering how much I paid for this room. Absolute rip off!

Nice improvements.
But the room smelled a little old. Suggesting to put some sort of automatic air freshener up if a room is booked.
