Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The sheets had blood on them. I walked in the room and then walked right out. I asked for a different room and they said that they did not have any non-smoking room available since everyone smokes. They offered a refund and cancellation, however, they kept $27 since they stated that I used "amenities". The pictures are not even close to an actual representation of the hotel. There is no pool, even though it is advertised. Run very far from this place.

Very dirty. Room was obviously not cleaned well, if at all. The tub was clogged and drained extremely slow. The toilet was not secure and rocked when sat on or touched with your hand. Housekeeping did not come in to clean during our stay. We had 2 towels for 4 guests and when we asked the office for more we were told they do not keep any in the office. Housekeeping was not on site so we were unable to shower. DO JOT STAY HERE!!!!

You should close it and refund our payment right away due to your horrible services and hotel conditions! I never imagined I would experience this in my lifetime: roaches, dirty bed sheets, no free breakfast included in our payment, except coffee and water. What a shame by your existence for us to experience this!

My room was so dirty it ain’t make no sense I had my 3 month baby with me and they ain’t give me a new number or my money back
