I was given a room with a broken window and stink bugs dead in the room, when I told the woman at the desk about the window, she said, yeah, I wish they’d fix that, others have complained! Why put people in it then??? It wasn’t a crowded hotel! I won’t stay at a microtel again.

The photos on Expedia were misleading. This property was horrible. First of all there was no closet in the room… no closet!!! There were two hooks to hang your clothes on. They took $100 deposit for incidentals and there was nothing to have an incidental for!! The room was ice cold and the thermostat didn’t work. They had 2 cups and a bucket for ice and that’s it, never again.

Halways were outdated , room had poor lighting , bed was squeaky , sink was leaking from pipes , tv was crooked on wall, ac unit made noise like a jet engine, the executive suite was just a regular room with an added sink, ive had way better hotels stays for that price if i could i woulda wanted my money back.

The area was in a quiet and convenient area. I appreciate that we were allowed to check in at 11:30am because we attended a welding that started at 2pm. Checking in early allowed my husband and I to change into our clothes that we were wearing to the wedding.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Salisbury. The staff is excellent the rooms are nice. Housekeeping is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast variety is awesome. I love this hotel.

My room was warm when I checked in and after hours of trying to cool it off we discovered the AC was not working. We had to move to another room which was fine. I feel that I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience.
