No heat for 6 days I spoke to the front desk person and then said they would have the maintenance man look at it but he never showed up so I was in the cold room for 6 days

The place has seen better days. Things just seemed old. It was clean and OK for one night. The hair dryer didn't work. One floor lamp didn't work. The freezer door in the mini fridge fell off when I opened it. Too bad they don't have breakfast anymore.

Should close until fully renovated
Posted Sep. 29, 2024 on HotelsMe and a few friends participated in the Seagull Century and was merely looking for a cheap place to stay for the night. Understandably, the company just purchased property that looked like was sitting for a while and has begun very early renovations. The property should be open until renovated section was completed. Staff were friendly but since I am a man who has slept in the bush and woods while in the Army, I could sleep anywhere, but I would never have brought my wife and kids to the property which is not ready for prime time.

Not well kept, very dirty

We are currently renovating the property, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have made housekeeping aware that they need to do a better job of cleaning. We always stay on top of making sure our rooms are very clean and disinfected.
