Very clean, very good price. Owners were lovely.
Property is in Canoe, a short drive from salmon arm and on the #1 highway. There is some traffic noise because of this.
Room was newly renovated with good bedding and towels.

spartan, broken locks on windows (all rooms are ground floor), things not plugged in, no extras, clean, wifi works, good water pressure, sitting area was very noisy as was by transcanada highway but bedroom was quieter

Pros: Great prices, super friendly staff, very clean, safe, quiet, easy to access, convenient check in and out.
Cons: No fan in the bathroom. The mattress is springy and uncomfortable. The pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable. I will bring my own bedding next time.
