Over priced compared to quality

Good location, poorly cleaned when we arrived (property manager informed) AC/heater didn’t work and it was not fixed during our stay. Sleep six but dining table is for four only. Furnitures looks like second hand stuff.

Esperabamos más.

Esperabamos un apartamento de 8 personas, no un 6+2 . La limpieza que encontramos deficiente ,y en época de Covid incluso denunciable (Migas en el sofa cama, grasa en la cocina falta y escaso menaje), falta de utensilios de cocina (colador, pinzas de cocina, minipimer..) incluso una ducha estropeada de lo cual ya eran conocedores y no nos avisaron y que no repararon en toda la semana que estuvimos . Perdimos un dia de vacaciones entre limpiar y desinfectar nosotros y luego atendiendo a la brigada que nos envio la inmobiliaria al dia siguiente. Cero informacion por parte de la inmobiliaria de como funcionaba el tema del padle , tenis, pinpong, .... a quien dirigirnos de la Comunidad para tema luces ... La verdad , sintiéndolo mucho no volveremos a contratar mas vacaciones a traves de ustedes. No nos han dado el servicio esperado .

Halloween holidays

Short family break to salou. Had some trouble arriving on time for keys with transfer and distance between office and complex, but upon arrival at the apartment we were all pleasantly surprised. Beautiful apartment and absolutely spotless. Lovely break

Despite the small inconvenience upon arrival, we are pleased to know it was mainly positive and that you enjoyed the apartment. When managing more than 300 accommodations in an area of 40 km around, the steps such as the delivery of keys must be centralized in a single point so we cannot offer yet the service of delivery of keys in the accommodation itself.
