Perfect for what we needed!
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayA group of friends were volunteering at a nearby conference. This house provided just what we needed! It is an older home, but was clean and comfortable, with lots of seating in the livingroom. The kitchen was well stocked (except for spices like salt and pepper), with a variety of dishes and pans, and we loved being able to make smoothies in the morning with a very nice Ninja blender! Just a sidenote, the fourth bedroom is in an unfinished basement, but the bedroom itself was finished and comfortable. The other bedrooms were upstairs and were great for what we needed. John was nice, and was responsive to our questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Great house, great base
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat base for a week of mountain biking in the Salt Lake City area. House is well equipped including stuff you often have to buy on arrival. Rooms are comfy and spacious especially the master on the front. Garage a bonus for keeping bikes and equipment in.

Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the house and all the bedrooms. The kitchen had all the cooking tools but if you plan to do any cooking, bring anything that you want to add to your food such as spices, oil, sugar or coffee.
I know that I'm a clean freak but when you have something poking you through the sheets and find someone else's toenail, that is disgusting. We could have written our names in the dust in the living room. I would not invite someone to stay in our home if it was that dirty.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace is as described. A little dated. But that doesn’t take away from anything. Large living room was great for everybody to relax. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t great, as others have said is the amount of light in the master bedroom doesn’t allow sleeping in to long. Otherwise great place, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great host communication.

In the winter no problem . Skiers get up early and the sun position is different. I may have to block window for a few months. I just put a 366 low e half moon glass in but the hoa would not allow tinted. Glad you had good time.

Spacious & clean
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA+++ our stay was perfect at this place. I would have given 5 stars but there were two things that need improvement… 1. Put some sort of curtains up in the master bedroom. The morning light coming thru the half circle window is bright and woke us up daily. 2. The bathrooms need new door knobs, not a single bathroom door would latch/lock properly. Other than those two things this place really was perfect.

I will check doors. Thank you letting me know about the morning sun for late risers. I put up a curtain and and half moon blind for the sun. The sun comes up much later as late August on comes around for the skiers.

Perfect for a group
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAway6 of us stayed very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with grocery store very close. Living room had great seating to visit. Only issues-the crockpot didn’t work, and a few of the beds were noisy.

Hello, thanks for the info. I turn on the crook pot and it got hot but did not cook anything. When you tried did it work and stop or what ?

Great stay
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was very nice, ping pong table and hot tub a plus!! Place very clean. Host easy to communicate with. A couple of board games or card games would have been nice for night time activity!!
Just a Heads up trash cans in garage can be smelly not sure if a rinse would help with that. We would of done it but didn’t find a hose to help.

Great ski trip
