We were there 3 days and our room was not made up once. Before our third night before check out I had to go down to the front desk and get new towels myself, since housekeeping never came. Questioning whether I’d stay at a Hampton Inn again.😑

Hello Frederick, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We have a fantastic housekeeping team here, and I am wondering if it's possible that you had a do-not-disturb sign on your doorknob when they were on your floor. Housekeeping service is given every other day unless otherwise requested, so they should have visited you on Saturday. Please let us know, thank you!

The staff provided excellent customer service especially Alicia. She went above and beyond to help straighten out a problem with booking.

This room was probably the worst as far as noise level that I had ever experienced at a hotel. Both nights and random parts of the day it was like someone above me was moving furniture or doing construction. I had ear plugs, pillow over head and AC unit cranked to try and block noise and that did not help - Room 201. Told front desk person (female long dark hair, heavier physique ) and she pretty much did not care and was not helpful to try and remedy the situation. Did not offer to move me to different room or even find out what was going on in the room above me.. i went up to check it out and see if it was the housekeeping room or if construction was going on but it was a regular room. I was exhausted from NO sleep when i checked out. There was huge lack of any kind of customer service at front desk. Would not recommend or stay here again.
