Bon séjour malgré un accueil peu souriant et froid. On attendrait mieux d'un Hilton. Localisation parfaite.

Family trip to lagoon
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsBooked our room, check in had said 11 on the app, get to the hotel and we didn’t get the room we needed, they had to clean a room. Go back at 230 and room still isn’t done, had to accommodate with 2 roll away beds, get told check in is at 3, (bad part on the app) the manager did comp our breakfasts for the two mornings we were there as breakfast is $18 per person. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Even though check in was rough, the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about restaurants.
Parking lot is WAY too small for the amount of rooms they have. Estimating I would say there’s maybe 50 spots around the entire building.

I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced while staying with us but I am happy that we were able to accommodate you and your family and that you enjoyed our breakfast and amenities. Not enough parking. Restaurant was out of order.

Thank you for giving us a 5 out 5 even though we fell short in some areas. We wish we had more parking as well- one of the ones things we cant change unfortunately.
