Convenient, comfortable and clean!!!!
This apartment worked great for a mid week stay after a concert at the Gateway. The apartment was very clean and we are super picky about cleanliness! The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Coffee, popcorn and waters were a nice touch!

Perfect for Delta Center Events
This location is perfect for a weekend to go to an SLC event. The unit was quite nice inside, with all of the amenities you would be looking for. Good communication from the owner, good location, and an even better value. Would recommend!

Great cross country overnight stop
This beautiful pet friendly apartment is immaculate and comfortable. Check in is a bit complicated, by no fault of the host- just the call box and up to the 4th floor to retrieve fobs and permit back downstairs to depart. It could be that it was just us being older travelers with a little dog- once we were in, it was great. Younger travelers probably use the call box system with success. Walk to dinner at the lovely Gateway Mall.

Very comfortable stay, good convenient location and quiet complex. Liked how secure the parking felt as there is a lot of homeless nearby. Enjoyed the pool area and used the gym. A few maintenance items were mentioned to the owner but other than that the place had everything that was needed.

Stopped here driving home from university of Oregon with my daughter… great spot with food nearby. Easy access and communicating with the host was quick and clear. Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location and cleanliness was perfect! I need to read my emails better. I hope I didn’t bother you upon arrival due to my lack of responsibility reading your instructions. We hope we left everything as it was when we arrived. A black towel was already in the laundry closet, not belonging or used by us. You do have a lightbulb out in the bathroom. Thank you for our stay.

Very Clean and Modern - Convenient Location
We had a great stay at Anthony's place! The apartment was super clean and very modern. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We walked to local restaurants, a brewery and Temple Square. The location also provided easy and convenient access to the highway. -Would stay here again.

Great location!
It looked exactly as pictured with a clean balcony—loved all the natural light. Our stay regarded the University of Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive away. We were near the little shopping plaza so our kids were able to enjoy the Children’s Museum and planetarium (FREE), along with a turf area for running around. We had our dog with us, so taking her down to pee/poop was close and we could see each other from the balcony. There are many restaurant choses in the plaza area previously mentioned, walking distance. We walked to Panda Express and to the Hall Pass area which had great food options. Parking in the garage was a breeze and gave us peace of mind. The bed fit our family of four, but we have two toddlers—there is a couch pull out bed in the living room area. The appliances worked just fine for us and we loved that detergent was provided with the washer and dryer. There is a vacuum/swiffer in the closet if you are like us and want to keep up with the tidiness during your stay. There is a little desk for any work you may need to do during your stay. The only reason I listed a 4 for communication with host/check-in process is because we did exactly what was said for getting in the building but the code was not working. I messaged the host but the response, for that moment, was slow for my liking and wanting to check in after traveling for 6 hours. Luckily an employee let me in. The location really makes up for that detail though and it was an overall great stay!

My picky middle aged back definitely appreciated the bed. It was very comfortable! We were able to take Lime Scooters or walk to the Palace each day. The one issue we had when we first arrived, the property manager jumped into action immediately and made sure everything was okay. I was happy that I brought my eye mask and ear plugs. The condo is on the 4th floor, so the noise travels. It was very quiet in the middle of the night, but as I was trying to fall asleep there was some mild street noise. The condo was a very nice and relaxing place to return to each day.

Awesome apartment
Comfortable bed. Great for working remotely: it had a good desk, ergonomic office chair and super fast Internet speed. 2 minutes away from a supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. Well stocked and well-equipped kitchen. Good communication with the host.

We stayed in this property for a vball tourney. The unit itself is very well equipped and was just right for our stay....loved that it was a top floor unit and had coffee for us. We had our dog with us, and while I had to go out to walk her at night sometimes, I never felt unsafe, though there is a homeless issue in SLC, just like any other major city. Location of the property was great...close enough to walk nearly everywhere, but not so close that you get sirens and street noise. Host was very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze.

Great Condo
I was traveling for business. This was a great condo - well kept and cozy. Better stocked than many previous VRBO's that I've stayed in. Plenty to do in walking distance, but if you don't want to go out to eat, The Store is a great little market within blocks. The host was great.
