Listing inaccurate
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property DOES NOT sleep 4 people! There were 3 adults and I was very disappointed with this location. The couch is not a pull out so not sure where tow additional people could sleep. They had a cot folded in the corner and there were some sheets and bedding wadded up in trash bags in the closet. Very, very disappointed. Also, be aware check in is not allowed until 4pm and checkout is 10am and there is NO early or late check in/out. I do not recommend!

Private Loft with Deck

Lower Avenue Loft
Publié le 24 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery Clean and comfortable. Easy to find, easy to park. The area is surprisingly close to downtown, City Creek park, and also quiet. Host was helpful and very easy to contact, although for our stay we did need to contact the host. Would stay there again, and recommend to friends.

Great location and super cute place

But the best part is the location, walking distance to the temple square, lots of places to eat and great parks nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

Cute place and neighborhood
Publié le 12 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place was cute and spacious. Way more than I needed as a solo traveler. My inner 16-year old always wanted an apartment above a garage. I went for a couple runs while staying there - great short routes through the neighborhood and up to the capital.
My only "complaints" would be: 1) no closet or rod to hang clothes on, 2) it is so BRIGHT in there, even at night which made it hard to sleep. An investment in a clothes line and some blackout shades would make this place fantastic.
