Comfortable Stay - Need Accurate Pictures and Property Description

Sorry it was not up to your expectations. All of our guest have enjoyed their stay. It is very affordable for three people. $59/night.. sorry you had to walk through a garage.

Dirty and we ended up not staying
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI hesitate to write a review about this property because we didn’t end up staying. When I got there, it was really dirty. I don’t know if their cleaning people didn’t actually clean very well or they forgot to have them clean or what (they ended up telling me that they are the ones that clean it, they do not hire an outside company) There was jam on the tablecloth there was food crumbs all inside the fridge, the microwave was dirty & there was hair in the sink & in the shower and so on (the oven was very clean) After about three hours of asking them if they would clean it, and no response, they told us to come back and look at it and then they said it was never dirty, the man was very rude and told my husband I was lying. I had already taken several beforehand pictures and videos. I worked with Vrbo to get my refund. I imagine this was an off day for them, but we were very uncomfortable staying because we wondered if the sheets were clean and sanitized and they were so dismissive that we were really uncomfortable. You should also know that there is a door that leads from the kitchen area directly into their living room and it has a window. They also begged me not to write a review because they said Vrbo would kick them off

We are the host responding to this review. Unfortunately this person had to write this review! She had to complain. VRBO doesn’t refund money for no reason. The only reason we think she wanted to cancel, was she wanted to stay with family members and save the money. Because we cleaned it again. It wouldn’t have mattered how clean it was, she wasn’t staying. Not sure she even looked in bathroom, as the towels were neatly folded & hanging up. The bed was neatly made with clean linen. We refunded her money as we didn’t want any trouble. VRBO didn’t refund her money because we tried to make her happy. We personally clean the studio. As we don’t trust anyone else. Her husband looked embarrassed by her actions and so was mine.

Large house with 4-5 converted separate bedrooms some permanent tenets others short term rental
Overall large regular fridge large spacious single room with comfy queen bed and a single permanent bed in same room general amenities zest soap but nice shampoo etc tv cable no premium channels AC is window type and takes 24 hour to cool room so turn on immediately then leave on till departure. Pleasant live in home owner ample parking with 3 sharing driveway surrounded by plush homes microwave must reach overhead but. things work would I stay again. Price is right although staying. At another sandy site for a bit. More with jacuzzi for the jacuzzi in back yard

The studio had a full kitchen, comfortable bed, reclining chairs to watch TV and nice water pressure. There was definitely a strange height for the door to the place, the microwave height, the dining room table, the bathroom sink and shower head...built by giant people I guess. The communication with the owner was assumptious, unkind and derogatory when there was a question about a towel. The parking was confusing. We were so glad for the window portable AC unit or it would have been way to hot in this studio created inside a garage. Probably would not stay again due to the unkind communication. If you ok with the owner unloading their stress of towels on you and janky heights of things this is a nice place with a comfortable bed.

The customer had dyed her hair red and it came off on the towel. I apologize for being irritated at the red dye on the white towels.
