Breakfast was limited to oats, bread, fruit and cereals. Furniture were old and refrigerator was not working. For the name “Radisson”, it could have been lot better

got a two bed room and one of the sheets on the bed were ripped, also the tub was a bit dirty

I got a discounted stay off expedia. I bought insurance on my stay because my flights were getting delayed left and right and wanted the possibility of canceling with a refund. as it turned out, i did need to cancel because my uber from the airport to the hotel was going to be $40 so i needed a closer hotel. The guy on the phone wouldn't let me cancel because I already got a deal on the room. So, I had to stay. When I got there, they informed me I had to pay an extra $50 for a security deposit and it would take 2-3 days to get it back. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten it. I called and asked about it and he changed it to now being 5-7 business days. I was in the middle of a sentence when he hung up on me. When I was checking out of the hotel, I also asked for a receipt of my security deposit and he said no. this whole situation seems extremely sketchy to me. I was only there for one night and it's turning into a stressful experience. The stay wasn't very nice either. Nothing good for breakfast and none of the tables were clean in the dining area. It was disgusting. I don't recommend staying here.
