Great stay!
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great spot to stay in SLC! It was clean, as advertised, and cozy. The check-in process was smooth and well-detailed - the indoor parking garage was great during a surprise hail storm. Only a 15 minute walk to Trolley Station and shopping downtown! Dave was also very helpful in getting us what we needed during/after our stay! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Location!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great property to stay at. It was in a great location in town, which made it easy to get around. Easy check in, and the apartment was decorated with minimal decorations which makes it very comfortable! (In my opinion). We will definitely book again!

Great Location
Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis apartment was very clean, convenient to all, and quiet even though right in the city. You can walk to supermarkets, parks and a number of places to get dinner. The host makes everything super easy re: check in. The parking in the building is a big plus. Would totally rent here again.

Comfortable place in a convenient location
Publié le 27 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean and well-stocked apartment with everything we needed for our week and a half stay. Check-in instructions were very clearly outlined. It was great to have a reserved indoor parking space. Easy access to major areas in the city. Nice having a fitness room. Property manager Dave checked in to make sure it was a good stay. Overall a great stay and just what we were looking for.
Of note— It’s not the fault/responsibility of this rental property manager, but the building lobby, elevators and hallways had very strong air freshener scents. These strong scents did NOT extend into the rental unit itself. It didn’t bother is walking into and out of the apartment, but might affect some people.

Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location, close drive to U of U and sports complex. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants. Area is nice and perfect for two people. Parking spot was easy to use, in and out, with a grocery store just blocks away.
