the rug was absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of walking around barefoot in the room and was shocked to see that the bottoms of my feet were black after about 30 mins. That tells me the rug has not been cleaned in a very long time.

“Fitness Center” was not accessible. Guest Laundry was out of order. Staff was not courteous. Bathroom cleanliness was subpar.

Broken fridge , ruined food in fridge , no blow dryer in room ,
Broken washer and dryer ruined clothes .
Gym they won’t let u use
Female staff very impolite.

They have a gym no one was able to use . washer and dryer was broke so all my clothes were ruined by washer.
No blow dryer in room
Fridge was broke food spoiled

The housekeepers were rude when asking for towels. They double charged my card for the deposit. The room was not clean and doesn’t look like the pictures. The mattress was uncomfortable and you sank in the middle. The window screen looked like someone was trying to get inside from the outside. I will never stay here again.
