They canceled our reservations without contacting us, even though we paid for the rooms AND they had our phone numbers, because we checked in late. They said to cancel it through our online booking to be refunded. It's not able to be canceled online because its too late. So now we may be charged for rooms they gave to someone else (and made money off from so.eone else as well.). Absolutely ridiculous. Hotels are for people who are traveling and sometimes you get to your destination after 10pm. If we don't get the money back we are going to have major issues.

We really like staying there unfortunately they charge $25 per night for my dog alone which is half of the amount that I was paying for my room yeah they say they’re pet friendly. I’m just not saying that we would like to stay longer. I really like the way the room was set up. It was made service was great.

The Lady at the counter is very rude. Makes judgement on you n if she doesn’t like you she treats you terribly! Called cops cuz she wouldn’t give me my money after told me to leave. Cop said there at least once a week becuz of her.

I really did enjoy my stay with the Royal Inn. The front desk people are just soooo amazing, respectful, understanding and just loving. Royal Inn may run a tight ship BUT they also are not ruthless. I did a long-term stay and if I ever need to go back to a hotel I would ONLY GO TO Royal Inn. I sure do HIGHLY recommend this place. Plus its cheap even with the $100.00 security deposit....

My experience was terrible I booked a room for 3 days and paid in full and when I went to go Check-in they told me I couldn't come in until the next day which is when my book in was is what they said and so I waited till the next day go to Check-in and then they tell me I wasn't no call no show and that I'm not able to get the room's compensated for or my money returned all I wanted was just a place to stay so I was okay with that and I know it was just very unprofessional and selfish of them to just leave me asked out basically
