They canceled our reservations without contacting us, even though we paid for the rooms AND they had our phone numbers, because we checked in late. They said to cancel it through our online booking to be refunded. It's not able to be canceled online because its too late. So now we may be charged for rooms they gave to someone else (and made money off from so.eone else as well.). Absolutely ridiculous. Hotels are for people who are traveling and sometimes you get to your destination after 10pm. If we don't get the money back we are going to have major issues.

My experience was terrible I booked a room for 3 days and paid in full and when I went to go Check-in they told me I couldn't come in until the next day which is when my book in was is what they said and so I waited till the next day go to Check-in and then they tell me I wasn't no call no show and that I'm not able to get the room's compensated for or my money returned all I wanted was just a place to stay so I was okay with that and I know it was just very unprofessional and selfish of them to just leave me asked out basically

Very ran down and old. No microwave, everything kinda dingy and bed was old and uncomfortable. Lot of drug addicts going in and out won’t ever stay there again

Got bit by some type of bug on my foot. Woke up breaking out in hives. Few days later my foot is now swelling intensly. Mattress definitely needs to be replaced.

Great stay, nothing like the negative reviews I saw on Google. Property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. The washer was difficult to start but staff showed me how to work it and then it ran fine. The dryer won't dry things with just one cycle which was the only negative thing during my stay.

It's OK for about the cheapest place in the valley
I've stayed there before. Location is good with lots and lots nearby. Rooms are OK with a ski mountain mutal. Condition 4/10. Like many other east Indian motels in the west service seems a little cold. Had to wait right until 3:00 to check in. Has the a motel can play with certain socioeconomic groups thus hearing other talk the realities of life while was interesting. Would stay again at the same price. Only airport or hostel is cheaper.

Very thin blanket, bright lights outside with moth eaten curtains, not vacuumed properly, chewing gum on head board, stains / marks on sheets. Felt like an inconvenience on arrival then asked if I was checking out several times throughout stay.

Only thing I didn't like was the few roaches I saw in our room. I know that's something they are probably trying to stay on top of. Otherwise it was a clean place.

This place made it very difficult to check in and out, they took my key card off of my room a day early, and were extremely rude, especially the man running the inn. Would not recommend.
