Good hotel, far from the strip, internet is week. Too bad, staff is very nice and helpful.

The Indian man behind the counter, we believe he was of Indian descent, was extremely rude and would not give us information that we had asked for, as in a receipt. Receipt. He seemed irritated doubt we went through. Travelocity, he said as a third party or something. We. Never again

The room was filthy, they wouldn't return money for nights my dog wasn't there, they charged an additional *undisclosed* $100 deposit at walk in, charged aditional $25 per night for dogs (cats aren't allowed in the "pet friendly" hotel even for service animals, if you sleep during the day and therefor don't want housekeeping coming in, then they will still wake you up (even with "do not disturb" hanging on the door) and after a couple days they will scream and pound on your door like there is a fire and threaten to call the police if you don't let them come in to clean (even if you're a really clean person and there isn't any mess to clean). Oh, and any dog(s) (service or otherwise) that they charge for at this "pet-friendly" establishment that come near them (they don't have to even show any interest in them or misbehave in any way), they will back up like you have the plague and scream and yell at you for intimidating them with scary dog(s) and tell you to get your dog away (and demand that you wake up and leave your room with your dog so that they can come in and clean every day even if it's not needed or wanted). There was no breakfast, hot tub, fridge, or microwave like advertised either. The first day I got there even the lobby of the main office smelled like pot. In the end, I preferred to sleep in my car somewhere else because I was so uncomfortable there.

Water leaking from ceiling......coming from room above us. Closet door missing. SInk handle falling off. However, bed was comfortable.

Stayed here several times and always has a great price and great location with plenty of food options close. Havent been for a while and thia time the hotel is looking a little more used and in need of some maib
