Front desk staff were extremely rude and not helpful. We felt that since we booked through Expedia and got a good deal they purposely delayed cleaning our vacant room and caused us alot of unneeded grief and hardship on us for an very important function.. Very negative and unsympathetic attitude...Beautiful location too bad such negative experience.

We always do the best to make people feel warm and welcomed it is regrettable to hear that you felt the service did not meet your expectations, especially after we were able to accommodate an early check-in and waive the associated fee.We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, recognizing that each visitor has unique needs and itineraries. Our team works diligently to balance these requests, it is always our intention to assist everyone to the best of our ability.We understand that early check-in can significantly enhance your experience, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding guaranteed early check-in options. We actually do have a limited amount of guaranteed early check in packages for purchase available to our guests through our front desk. Alternatively quite a few of our guests will opt to check in a day early so they can enjoy a leisurely stay while attending their event or function. No one likes to feel rushed or pressured, as the say here, you are now on Island time and while we do prioritize the guests that have purchased the early check in package we continue to do the best we can to accommodate our other guests with early check ins as fast as we can.Please know that our housekeeping and front desk teams are dedicated to ensuring every guest has a pleasant stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will certainly consider it as we review our services.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience we aim to deliver.

It was a very clean and nice hotel. However to expect guest to carry their luggage up a long staircase is unacceptable.

Hello You are right. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator, and we agree that you should not have to carry your luggage to your room. We do have a porter that is usually awaiting our guests arrival, perhaps he was busy with another guest. I am truly sorry that you had to carry your own luggage up the stairs. You can always ask front desk for assistance as well, we are always happy to help. I will make a note to our check in agents to see if guests are needing assistance. Thank you for letting me know, next time we hope to deliver that 5 start experience for you.

We loved our stay, very close to the city center that we were able to walk everywhere.
