Sweet Little Getaway in the Woods

Really enjoyed using the outdoor shower, it was kind of exciting! The bed was super comfortable and room was decorated in a very artistic manner. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Amazing outdoor shower/tub and the most amazing homemade granola from Tara who was the most incredible host!
We cannot say enough good things about our stay, we’d go back in a heartbeat!💓

Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic.

This property was beautiful and provided an amazing, unique experience with the outdoor bathtub under the stars with privacy and beautiful ferns and cedars all around. It is “rustic” and the outhouse can be a bit chilly for those midnight bathroom breaks, but the sleeping accommodations and breakfast were cozy, comfortable and lovely! Breakfast was yummy and Tara was super-helpful in pointing out the must-see and so things on the island.
While you can walk into the village for meals from here, in November it’s dark early so it’s likely best to have a vehicle to drive out for meals (although there is a bbq, plates and utensils available).
I would recommend this accommodation and experience whole-heartedly to others as a rustic, unique, peaceful retreat experience!
