The apartment was nice, but the facilities were not so good. Especially the sauna. It was small, so it was quickly filled with people. The aromatic showers were broken.

Hello Ivaylo, Thank you for your recent review.It’s great that you enjoyed the apartment, but we were disappointed to read that you felt the facilities were poor. Generally, we exceed expectations from guests in relation to the facilities we offer free as part of your stay as we offer full use of the Swimming Pool, Aqua Spa, Fitness Suite and Racquet sports. Customers also have access to over 100 exercise classes per week at an extra cost and we have a huge range of other facilities available such as adventure golf, Toptracer driving range, woodland trail and much more. Our Sauna is considered large and accommodates by industry standards and accommodates up to 8 customers at a time, in addition to this we provide a further two steams rooms, Hot Tub, Laconium, Tepidarium and heated foot spas for customers to enjoy.This November we will be installing a further Herbal Lounge Sauna in the Aqua Spa which follows the recent 300,000 investment we have made on the gym. We sincerely hope you return to fully enjoy the full range of facilities we have on offer. Kind regards.

Great rooms and extra facilities with kitchen etc great to have the gym, lovely and quiet and good food in the Brasserie

The way the place, we stayd in felt like home, when ever we come to Plymouth , we always stay with you.

Apart from our daughters bed not being made, no duvet covers for the sofa bed duvet the stay was great, room was clean and spacious! I would stay here again!

Average country club; good apartments, golf and swimming/spa facilities let down by the poor quality of the environment and food quality in the restaurant.

Facilities at the club are very good, swimming, sauna, sports hall, golf range all very good. Enjoyed vegan breakfast though more options will be better.
