Grubby and Unloved
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great holiday in Staithes, it is a fantastic place. Unfortunately, this cottage is not as good. It is badly in need of updating and a good clean. Some windows don't close, there are loose door handles (and many doors don't shut properly), bath taps need looking at and the outside space was filthy. The decor and furniture are old fashioned, and yes, they still have Christmas decorations up!! We were fine with 4 floors and lots of stairs but I don't think the description adequately described that.

Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwaynice sized accomedation, well equiped and in a good location. disappointed not to have a welcome pack, no tea towels or ice cube containers ! and all blinds and some curtains need fixing or replacing also Christmas decorations still hung up ?

We were lucky with the weather so was nice sitting out in our little space outside!
